Thomas Lane, J. Kueng y Tou Thao son los otros 3 oficiales en la escena y enfrentan los cargos de “aiding and abetting second-degree murder and second-degree manslaughter” que significa ayudar e incitar (algo así como complicidad) en el asesinato en 2do grado y homicidio involuntario en 2do grado.
