The dynamic duo of Robbie Landis and Ben Morse is back once again for another episode of the Other Identity. The Other Identity is a podcast dedicated to exploring the culture birthed by comic books. This week Robbie and Ben catch up on what they’ve been reading during Quarantine. Plus they try their hand at fan-casting Marvel and DC comic roles that have yet to be done.

This week as Robbie and Ben catch up on their Quarantine reading, Robbie talks about two villains in his #DCRebirthEraChallenge that he didn’t expect to be so good. Ben has been reading the Green Lanterns run in Rebirth and Robbie can’t quite hold in his excitement.

This week they talk about comic book characters that have yet to portray on the screen. They even go the extra mile and decide which actors they’d like to see portray the characters. Both Robbie and Ben have Richard Rider aka Nova on their list. However, they do have a different person in mind for their picks on who should play him. Other heroes and villains they’d like to see include Squirrel Girl, Mr. Sinister, and Namor.

Finally, they talk about what heroes have been on the silver and small screen but deserve another go and another face. From Fox’s X-Men and Fantastic Four to Netflix’s less than satisfactory Iron Fist. For the most part, Robbie and Ben agree that Marvel and DC have done a great job casting their characters.
