WOB Bar & Kitchen rolled out fresh selections at four Tampa-area spots. The new options blend Southern cooking with craft brews and familiar favorites.

According to That's So Tampa, Chicken & Waffles arrives as a standout. Two beer-brined chicken breast pieces rest atop a Belgian waffle. Maple bourbon syrup, Frank's Hot Sauce, and powdered sugar come with each order. Want heat? Ask for Nashville Hot style. You'll pay less than $16.

Voodoo Cajun Pasta brings penne tossed in Voodoo Ranger Cajun cream sauce with sautéed mushrooms and onions, finished with parmesan. Blackened chicken works well here. So does blackened shrimp. Get both if you're hungry.

The Chimichurri Steak Frites centers on an 8-ounce Certified Angus Beef sirloin churrasco, sliced thin. House-made chimichurri sits on top. Parmesan fries and garlic aioli round out the plate, though grilled shrimp can turn this into surf and turf.

Other additions include smash burgers, mango habanero wings, breakfast flatbreads, and a loaded brisket breakfast burrito.

WOB runs four Tampa-area sites: Westshore at 5311 Avion Park Dr., near USF at 2815 E Fowler Ave., Brandon at 2878 Providence Lakes Blvd., and Westchase at 9524 W Linebaugh Ave. The Westchase location serves a smaller selection.

Founded in Westchase nearly twenty years back, each spot stocks over 500 beer choices. Televisions line the walls for game days.
