Food lovers and music fans have a lot to look forward to at the Food, Wine and Garden Festival at Busch Gardens Tampa Bay. The popular spring event returns March 6 through May 10, 2026, bringing more than 65 dishes, creative drinks, beautiful garden displays, and a packed lineup of headline concerts every weekend.

The festival is all about bold flavors from around the world. Guests can sample new dishes like Red Wine Braised Short Rib and Herb Crusted Lamb Steak, along with returning favorites that have become must try menu items. The Cajun Lobster Roll and Smoked Chicken and White Cheddar Mac and Cheese continue to be fan favorites, while dessert lovers can treat themselves to sweet bites like Mini Bananas Foster Crepes and a Mixed Berry Tart.

Visitors can explore the food booths with a Sampler Lanyard starting at sixty five dollars, which allows guests to redeem multiple food and drink items throughout the festival. It is one of the easiest ways to taste a variety of menu items without committing to just one dish.

Along with the food, guests will also enjoy new garden displays inspired by animals, including colorful plant sculptures and creative topiaries throughout the park.

Every weekend also features live concerts included with park admission. The 2026 headline concerts starts on March 7 with Walker Hayes, Puddle of Mudd (Mar. 8), P.O.D. (Mar. 14), Grupo Manía (Mar. 15), Skillet (Mar. 21), Robin Thicke (Mar. 22), Warren G (Mar. 27), Dylan Scott (Mar. 28), Kansas (Mar. 29), Nick Carter (Apr. 4), The Band Perry (Apr. 10), El Gran Combo de Puerto Rico (Apr. 11), Smash Mouth (Apr. 12), Flo Rida (Apr. 18), Air Supply (Apr. 19), Bowling for Soup (Apr. 24), A surprise guest on April 25, Bow Wow with Ying Yang Twins (May. 2), Taking Back Sunday (May 3), and the Pop 2000 tour featuring Chris Kirkpatrick of *NSYNC, O-Town, Ryan Cabrera, and LFO on May 9.

With incredible food, beautiful gardens, thrilling rides, and live music included with admission, the festival offers a full weekend experience for visitors of all tastes. VIP seating is also available for guests who want the best view of the stage.
