Can you imagine having afternoon tea London-style right in the heart of Downtown Tampa? Well, it’s possible at Oxford Exchange!

Sitting right across the street from the University of Tampa, Oxford Exchange has captivated locals for 10 years. This art-filled hot-spot has something for everyone.
