LIMA, Perú — Un maestro en una de las comunidades más pobres de los Andes ahora es el presidente electo de Perú después de que funcionarios en el país sudamericano lo declararan ganador de una elección que se llevo acabo el mes pasado.
Castillo recibió 44.000 votos más que Keiko Fujimori en las elecciónes del 6 de junio. Esta es la tercera derrota de las elección presidenciales para la hija del ex presidente encarcelado Alberto Fujimori.
