Según Realtor.com en el área de Tampa Bay, los apartamentos tipo estudio vieron el segundo aumento más grande de alquileres este año
En el área de la Bahía de Tampa, específicamente en el condado de Hillsborough los apartamentos tipo estudio vieron el segundo aumento más grande de alquileres este año, con un aumento del 28,4% para los estudios. Con una renta promedio de $ 1245.
También en el condado de Pinellas se registró el cuarto aumento más grande en el alquiler de apartamentos de una habitación. Con una renta promedio de de $ 1275, un 11% más que hace un año.
