Que cosa tan rara! Esta serpiente se hace "la muerta".
Los funcionarios de parques y recreación de Carolina del Norte emitieron una advertencia sobre la llamada "serpiente zombie" que tiende a hacerse la muerta. Emitieron unas imágenes de la "zombie snake" para alertar a la comunidad si se topan con este reptil ya que esta serpiente finge estar muerta, acostándose de espaldas. Eso sí, la serpiente no es venenosa y esa es su forma de defenderse.
Aunque el comunicado es de Carolina del Norte, este tipo de serpiente también existe en Florida y Texas.
