Las rabietas diarias benefician tu salud! Que tal!
Según un médico especialista de la UNAM (Universidad Autónoma de México) enojarse es bueno para tu cerebro ya que discapacita la parte congruente y mas lógica del cerebro y por lo tanto incrementa las funciones cardiovasculares y respiratorias. Eso solamente si solo es de 30 a 40 minutos al día. Cabe mencionar que si el berrinche diario excede a horas se vuelve patológico.
