Una bebita se está recuperando de una fractura de cráneo después de que su madre lo dejara caer mientras corría por el tráfico.
Aparentemente, la policía recibió una llamada acerca de una mujer que parecía estar drogada y estaba caminando por la carretera mientras sostenía a un bebé, en el condado de Marion.
La mujer estaba actuando de manera errática, ladrándole a los carros y sosteniendo a su bebé en su brazo como si fuera un jacket. Cuando el primer oficial trató de detenerla, aparentemente ella pensó que era un "monstruo que le iba a succionar la sangre" y salió corriendo dejando caer a la bebé de cabeza al pavimento.
